Mr. Yam has over 20 years experience in the securities industry with 15 years experience acting as a Responsible Officer of OCBC Securities (HK) Ltd, Citic Capital Securities and Citic Securities (HK) Ltd.  He has solid experience in dealing, risk management and compliance.  Mr. Yam studied at Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in Toronto, Canada. He holds a Diploma in Advanced Securities Market Analysis from Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Diploma in Derivatives and Risk Management from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.

Mr. Kwan has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets. Prior to joining SBI China Capital, he was the Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking of KGI Capital Asia Limited and prior to that he held senior positions at a number of investment banks in Hong Kong including BOCOM International Limited, Daiwa Capital Markets Hong Kong Limited and Tai Fook Capital Limited (currently known as Haitong International Capital Limited).

Mr. Kwan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business-Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master degree in Business Administration (EMBA Programme) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a registered license holder in the capacity of responsible officer to carry out Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Mr. Tse has well over 25 years experiences in Hong Kong and throughout the asia-pacific region, with well experience in IPO issuance, secondary market placement, equity issuance and convertible bonds. Prior to joining SBI China Capital, Mr. Tse worked in CIMB (Malaysia State Investment Bank Hong Kong Branch), CMBI, Ping An China and Southwest Securities served as senior management and managing director, responsible for the development of capital market business in Hong Kong, Greater China and Southeast Asia. In addition, Mr. Tse worked in CLSA Asia (CLSA) for 10 years. Mr. Tse actively involved in asia-pacific markets, including a number of global capital markets lead roles in his track record.
Mr Tse has a MBA degree from University of Northern Virginia

Mr. Chan serves as Fund Manager at SBI China Capital Asset Management, primarily investing in equities and fixed income products. He has over ten years of experience in asset management industry. Prior to joining SBI, he served as Investment Director at the family office Nexus Capital Management and as Deputy Director at Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong). In addition to his asset management career, he spent several years as a financial journalist in various print media.

Mr. Chan holds a Master's degree in Enterprise Management with distinction from the University of Warwick. He is a licensed responsible officer under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission for Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities.

Ms Ye, is a Managing Director of SBI China Capital Asset Management Limited. Ms Ye has more than 10 years management experience in financial industry. Prior to joining SBI group, Ms Ye held positions in CCB International Asset Management Limited, Haitong International Investment Managers Limited, ABN AMRO, etc. Ms Ye holds a master degree in Global Business from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Ms. Fan has over 18 years corporate finance experience and has participated in various corporation finance transactions, including but not limited to initial public offerings (IPOs), merger and acquisitions, rights issue, open offer, placing and other financial advisory projects.

Prior to joining SBI, Ms. Fan worked for several well-known investment banks and corporate finance platforms including KGI Capital Asia Limited, VC Capital Limited, CCB International Capital Limited and Taifook Capital Limited. Ms. Fan also worked in the Listing Division of Hong Kong Stock Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Ms. Fan graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of British Columbia, Canada; and a Master of Practicing Accounting from Monash University, Australia. Ms. Fan is a licensed person registered with the SFC and regarded as a responsible officer for the regulated activities (advising on corporate finance) and an IPO sponsor principal.

Having over 20 years of investment banking experience, Alvars LEE is a seasoned investment banker focusing on corporate finance, public listings and cross-borders M&As.  Alvars worked as Managing Director of China Investment Banking Division and Asia Head of Consumer and Retail Asia Consumer and Retail Sector of Daiwa Capital Markets Hong Kong.  He has been participated in various equity capital markets and cross border M&As transactions.  Alvars graduated with a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from HKU and obtained the MBA degree from the Andersen School of UCLA.   He also holds responsible officer license for Type 6 RA (corporate finance advisory) under the SFC of Hong Kong.
